President & Developer
Kim founded Hill-Johnson & Weinstein in 2014 to focus on development opportunities in the single family housing sector. Kim draws on almost three decades of experience in business, including management, construction, operations, and growth and development. She has managed portfolios valued at $200M+ She is the first Black Female Developer in the state of Tennessee.

JOHN FEEHAN
Chief Financial Officer
Jack has over 25 years of experience in the financial underwriting of over 59,000 multifamily units throughout the United States. He has played a vital role in developing over $6 Billion in new multifamily construction projects.
Mr. Feehan holds a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, 00675347, and a retired Commander from the United States Naval Reserves

FASIL KEBEDE

Since founding the Company in 2008 that was eventually renamed Beruk Construction, Inc. (“BCI”), Fasil Kebede has been intimately involved with the start-up and continued growth and development of Beruk Construction, Inc. (“Beruk”). BCI, which is a licensed General Contractor in both Tennessee and Mississippi, has distinguished itself from other contractors by locating real estate projects in overlooked areas and then offering unique development and building designs. BCI & HJW has teamed up to complete projects that include new construction, renovation and additions for the following types of properties:
Convenience stores, Church and Mosque projects, Daycare properties, Neighborhood shopping centers, Family Dollar locations, Subway buildouts, Residential lot development and single-family home sales

JOSEPH ALRIDGE, ESQ
General Counsel
Mr. Aldridge has extensive experience in local opinions, real estate lease reviews, traditional and non-traditional commercial banking transactions, and non-performing debt workouts.
Mr. Aldridge’s has worked for both public and small businesses in the process of capital asset (or business) acquisitions, commercial banks, and hospitality interests with assets from 10 million to greater than one billion.
In addition, Mr. Aldridge is of counsel to the firm of HPL Yamalova Plewka JLT, Jumeirah Lakes Towers Freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for which he provides advice on real estate purchase workouts, and restructure of failed off plan purchases.
