Hill-Johnson & Weinstein partnered with Promise Development to constructed this 10 home residential community in Memphis. The newly constructed homes featured three (3) and two (2) bedrooms with two bathrooms for families. The new homes are located in the Uptown neighborhood in Memphis which is home to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Office @ Uptown Restaurant and near Kipp: Memphis schools, the Cook Convention Center and Beale Street downtown.
